Design Creative Bling uses USPS to ship all parcels worldwide. Design Creative Bling is not responsible for any parcels that are lost or damaged by USPS once the parcel has been mailed. Please inspect your items immediately. Contact us within 7 days if your order is not complete. Shipping claims need to be made within 7 days of receiving. All domestic packages that select priority mail have an automatic $100 insurance. If your item is damaged please file a claim with the USPS and/or email me. You will need to retain all packaging material and items in case they are needed to process your claim.
Design Creative Bling will not file claims for parcels that show delivered.
Items will be shipped to the address provided by the customer. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct. If a package is returned because of customer error in entering the address, we can reship and bill for the additional postage.
All international packages will be marked as commercial merchandise at the value that was made at the time of purchase. The recipient is responsible for any applicable duty or taxes that may be related to the delivery of your purchase. Delivery times vary greatly by country and can take up to six to eight weeks. For First Class Mail International: Due to the fact that order tracking is not available for International First Class Mail, Design Creative Blings not responsible for the package once it has been shipped. Design Creative Bling will not file claims for parcels that show delivered.

We do not ship partial orders. If an item is on back order or a preorder, it will prevent the order from shipping
